Khalid Hassouneh

Kalid Hassouneh serves as President at Agile, leading enterprise performance, strategy execution, and delivery alignment. The CAO, CPO, CXO, CSO, CISO, and business unit leaders report to the President, each maintaining the same responsibilities and leadership authority.

Before joining Agile Defense, Khalid served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of IntelliBridge’s Homeland and National Security Business and as Chief Operating Officer of U.Group, leading business growth, technology integration, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

He began his career in national security advising the Department of Defense on industrial policy and economic risk, where he saw firsthand the need for better technology solutions to strengthen national security. That experience led him to senior leadership roles in digital transformation firms, where he has built, scaled, and transformed businesses delivering mission-driven solutions.

Khalid holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of South Florida and an MBA from George Washington University. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, integrating emerging technologies, and strengthening the defense industrial base to ensure mission success and sustain the nation’s competitive edge.
