Todd Holbert

Todd Holbert serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Agile Defense, where he leads the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and oversees the protection of corporate systems, sensitive government contract information, and mission-critical operations. He brings nearly two decades of experience designing, maturing, and scaling security programs in high-risk, highly regulated environments, with a consistent record of driving resilience, audit readiness, and business-aligned security transformation. Todd is currently advancing Agile’s evolution toward a secure, AI-enabled workforce by integrating next-generation security controls, establishing enterprise AI governance frameworks, and driving responsible AI adoption across the enterprise.

Before joining Agile, Todd was the Senior Director of Federal Civilian Financial & Regulatory Programs at XOR Security, a cybersecurity-focused small business, where he provided strategic, financial, and technical leadership across XOR’s portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade internationally in technical and leadership roles specializing in cyber threat intelligence and large-scale SOC operations in support of USG warfighter initiatives.

Todd holds a master’s degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Assurance and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
