William Luebke

William Luebke serves as the Chief Financial Officer with Agile Defense where he oversees all aspects of financial management and strategy, playing a key role in driving the company’s continued success and growth. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Mr. Luebke navigates the complexities of fiscal operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and informed decision-making.

Prior to joining Agile Defense, Mr. Luebke served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, at Peraton (through their acquisition of Perspecta) leading the control, analysis and interpretation of the company’s financial records. He focused on strengthening and maintaining the company’s financial operations to maximize company performance and profitability.

Mr. Luebke’s executive experience spans multiple positions enhancing financial teams across the industry. He served as Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at CSRA, Inc., and held the positions of Director of Internal Audit for the Americas and later as Head of Global Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He also previously functioned as the Associate Director for the US and international Inspection team of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a non-profit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 to oversee audits of public companies. He was also a partner with KPMG.

Mr. Luebke graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Marketing and earned his MBA from Florida International University. He’s a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
