William Luebke

William Luebke is the Chief Financial Officer at Agile Defense, where he oversees all aspects of financial management and strategy. In this role, he provides strategic financial leadership and plays a key role in driving Agile Defense’s continued success and growth through disciplined financial management and strategy.

Mr. Luebke previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Peraton, through its acquisition of Perspecta, where he led the control, analysis, and interpretation of the company’s financial records. Prior to that, he was the Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at CSRA, Inc., and held leadership roles at Computer Sciences Corporation, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and KPMG. Mr. Luebke holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.

Throughout Mr. Luebke’s career, he has focused on strengthening financial operations, maximizing company performance and profitability, and enhancing financial teams across the industry.
