Supporting the Joint Interoperability Test Command's (JITC) Global Mission

Joint Interoperability Certifier

Responsible for certifying joint and combined interoperability of critical DoD capabilities to ensure they work together effectively to support multi-domain dominance via digital transformation.

Operational Test Agency (OTA)

Serves as the OTA for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and other agencies such as the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Health Agency (DHA), U.S. Special Operations Command, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the National Security Agency (NSA). As the only non-service OTA in DoD, JITC holds a unique role helping field robust systems executing world-wide missions.

Developmental Test Agency

Uses traditional and agile testing approaches to validate technical progress, manage risks, and identify key capabilities and limitations throughout the acquisition of the system. This testing assesses minimum viable products and identifies key technical and operational capabilities and limitations. Includes compliance and conformance testing to military and other federal standards.

Digital Range Capabilities

A critical element of DoD’s Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB), providing modernized test infrastructure, automation, and analytical tools to assess information flow across all battlespaces.

Direct Warfighter Support

Provides real-time reach back and on site assistance to commands across the globe helping them recognize and resolve interoperability challenges in joint, multi-agency, and multi-national operations.
