Todd Holbert

Todd Holbert is the Chief Information Security Officer at Agile Defense, leading the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and overseeing the protection of corporate systems, sensitive government contract information, and mission-critical operations. He brings nearly two decades of experience designing, maturing, and scaling security programs in high-risk, highly regulated environments, with a consistent record of driving resilience, audit readiness, and business-aligned security transformation. Mr. Holbert is responsible for advancing Agile Defense’s continual evolution as a secure, AI-enabled workforce with integrated next-generation security controls, enterprise AI governance frameworks, and responsible AI adoption across the enterprise.  

Mr. Holbert was previously a Senior Director of Federal Civilian Financial & Regulatory Programs at XOR Security, where he provided strategic, financial, and technical leadership across the company’s cybersecurity initiatives. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade internationally in technical and leadership roles specializing in cyber threat intelligence and large-scale SOC operations in support of U.S. Government warfighter initiatives. He holds a Master in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Assurance from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
