Danielle Cole

Danielle Cole serves as Chief People Officer at Agile Defense, where she leads the people strategy that enables the company to attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to deliver mission-critical solutions for its customers. She partners with leaders across the company to strengthen culture, develop leaders, and build the workforce and organizational capabilities that support Agile Defense’s mission of delivering innovative technology solutions that advance national security. 

With nearly two decades of experience in human resources and people leadership, Ms. Cole has helped organizations navigate significant growth and transformation, including organic expansion, mergers, and acquisitions. She brings experience building and scaling people programs, policies, and organizational practices that support evolving business needs. 

Ms. Cole’s leadership has been recognized by WashingtonExec through her selection as a “Top HR Exec to Watch” in 2024 and 2025, as well as her recognition as a finalist for the 2024 Pinnacle Awards and the 2024 and 2025 Chief Officer Awards.
