Mike Pansky

Mike Pansky is the Chief Transformation Officer at Agile Defense, leading the unified Innovation & Growth organization, which connects Growth, Solutions, and Agile Labs technology innovations. In this role, he steers Agile Defense’s technology efforts and helps strengthen the company’s market position, expedite its ability to put solutions in front of customers, and accelerate opportunities for long-term growth.

With deep expertise in Data and AI software solutions, Mr. Pansky specializes in leading teams that deliver highly complex solutions for national security, homeland, and intelligence clients. Mr. Pansky has most recently been selected as the 2026 AFCEA Emerging Leaders 40 Under Forty Award Winner.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Pansky is an investor, advisor, and industry SME to companies seeking to enter the U.S. Government market, drawing on his startup experience to help organizations scale in the federal landscape. He holds Dual Finance and Economics degrees and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
